Our Service Pledge To You:
I respond to all emails with 24 hours. Orders will be shipped out within 2 business days if payment made by Paypal. The mailing date will vary for other methods of payment (see details under "Shipping and Handling Policy").
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Insurance is optional but recommended. I am not responsible for damage or non-receipt of item if buyer chooses not to insure the package. I gladly combine shipping costs on multiple purchases

US shipments: All items other than paper are shipped priority mail, unless another method is specifically requested by the buyer. Paper items (postcards, etc.) are placed in individual, rigid plastic sleeves and shipped in rigid or well-padded mailing envelopes, marked "Do not bend", and mailed via First Class Mail.

International inquiries welcome - Only Paypal or Western Union accepted and only for exact value of the order. All shipments will be listed at full purchase value in customs documentation. I use USPS (Letter Airmail and Surface Economy) for shipping overseas. Alternative shipping venues or faster, more expensive USPS options must be requested by the buyer.

Packages are shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of online Paypal payments or Postal money orders. Personal checks and all other types of U.S.-based money orders can delay shipping up to 14 business days. Please be sure to make checks or money orders out to "Carla Goodnoh". Payment should be received within a 10 day period from date of sale. If you are mailing in a payment, please do so right away, so it will get here in time. I reserve the right to re-list an item that is not paid for in a timely manner.

I take great care to package all items properly to ensure safe delivery -- with clean styrofoam peanuts, styrofoam inserts (when appropriate) and lots of bubble-wrap. I do not charge a material or handling fee for this.

Restocking Fee:
I charge a 10% restocking fee for canceled lay-away purchases.

Other Information:
Please remember that items in my shop are either antique or vintage and may show some wear; some may have slight manufacturing flaws which do not diminish the value or beauty of each piece. If there is a flaw or damage to the piece I will describe it to the best of my ability and show photos of the area in question. Please ask questions before purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines in my "Return Policy". Buy with confidence. Thank You and have a great day!
