This whimsical ring is part of an Elizabeth Taylor line, the "Gilded Age" and was designed exclusively for Avon. It has gold-toned cherubs posed in "Atlas-styled" as bearing huge cabochons (simulated to look like a flawed ruby). The ring is pictured in Sandra Sturdivant's "Identifying Avon Jewelry", 2008, p. 33. It carries the Elizabeth Taylor Avon Signature mark and is in very good condition with no nicks or scratches.
