This beautiful card is unused and is identified as Hel. B. 117/4. I have not yet identified the publisher/printer from the Post Card banner. The artist signature in the front looks like "P. Mathuny" or perhaps "P. Anthony". In very good condition with minimal edge and minor corner wear - primarily 'bumped' corner tips.
