This Italian beauty wears a satiny red dress tied with a filmy black belt. Her black hat is lined in matching red fabric. She appears to be holding a black fur in her right hand. The background is of a forest done in muted shades of sable, chocolate and dark forest green. This image is adapted from a painting by Giovanni Rava (1874-1944) and is entitled, "The Flame".

This unused card was printed in Italy and is identified as Uff. Rev. Stampa (Milan) N. 3010. It is signed by the artist (G. Rava) on the front and identified as his on the back along with the title of the work. In excellent condition with minimal edge and corner wear - except for a small bit of wear (1/4") on lower righthand edge.
