Cobalt Ucagco (Occupied Japan) Footed Demitasse Cup & Saucer, Gilded Oak Leaves, Filigree, 1950s

The cup measures 3 3/4" from handle to rim and is 1 3/4" tall; the saucer is 4 3/4" in diameter. In very good condition with no chips, nicks, cracks or hairlines. The gold wear to central leaf decoration and gilded handle is minimal (5%); gold wear to the delicate floral stencils around inner cobalt band and to the geometric design that trims the outer rim of the cup and the scalloped rim of the plate is minor (ca. 10%).
