Such a nifty card! As the large-scaled, elegantly dressed lady has her admirer all tied up in a confused whirl of string, we are warned that: "Woman's love is like Scotch snuff - / You take a pinch and that's enough. / Profit by this sage advice, / When you fall in love, think twice".

Stamped, canceled and postmarked Feb. 29, 1912 (Leap Year date) in Milton, Ind. Penciled address to Milton, Ind., as well. The card has a trademark for Albert Hahn, New York, NY (known for the Hahn Bear postcards) and is identified as Heart Series No. 1101. In good condition with minimal edge and minor corner wear. There is, however, light soiling around the white perimeter areas.
