SALE Antique Nippon Octagonal Chocolate Cup and Saucer Set, Gilded Poppies, ca. 1900

This stylish set carries the Van Patten's Mark 7 (T-China E-OH Hand Painted Nippon). Cup measures 3 1/4" from handle to rim and stands 3" tall; saucer is 4 3/4" across. Gold detailing of flowers is bright; there is some gold wear around rims and on handle, ca. 20%. In good/very good condition with a few stress cracks in the glaze layer on the bottom of the saucer which do not pass through the porcelain fabric (please see last photo). Thanks for stopping by!
