This delicate cup measures 2 1/2" from handle to rim and stands 2" tall; the saucer is 4" across. In very good condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or crazing. There in minor gold wear - ca. 5% on rim and 10-15% on handle. The features of the mark puts it in that class of numerous, unknown Japanese companies operating in the 1930s-60s. There is minimal wear to the transfer or to the gold trim on the cup (5% at most); the saucer shows minor fading on the inner charcoal grey band of filigree and florals and minor fading around edges of the central floral pattern (ca. 10%).
