This colorful pitcher is in very good condition with no chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines or crazing. The colors are bright and there is only some discoloration and light scuffing on base. There isn't a backstamp/mark, but it was probably made in Japan. Please stop in again!

The bold and whimsical pattern of tulips are designed to look like a windmill (hence the pattern's name) of blue flowers - it also has the appearance of floral spokes on a wheel or a little like a blue and white kaleidoscope. SOLDSOLD Harmony House (Meito China, Occupied Japan) Gilded Gravy Boat with Underplate, Elizabeth Pattern of Stargazer and Tiger Lilies, 1945-52

You could even use this pretty gravy boat with its attached underplate as a planter for kitchen herbs, as a large open sugar bowl with attached teabag plate or even as a bowl for dip! It measures 6" from spout to spout and is 5" across; it stands 3 1/2". The underplate is 7 1/2" across. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or crazing and minimal gold wear (ca. 5%). Thanks for taking time to look around in my shop!
