Our Service Pledge To You:
Collectibles by Leeds makes all attempts to respond to all orders, offers and questions within 24 hours. I make every attempt to get your package shipped out within 48 hours (not including days post office is closed) from time of payment (Paypal), date the payment is received (money orders or cashiers checks). Please understand I am an RN in a very busy hospital and sometimes due to the nursing shortage I work 18+ hour shifts, please be patient. Thank You. ** No Personal Checks!!! Please make money orders and/or cashier's checks payable to Jennifer Leeds.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All Shipping quotes are for zones 1 through 8 within the U.S.A., excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Shipping to all other locations will be quoted based on ship to location. Please notify me if item is being shipped to any location outside zones 1 through 8 within the United States of America.
Insurance on all shipment is required, unless customer requests via email or in writing, that insurance is refused and requests it not be purchased.

Restocking Fee:
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on items returned.

Other Information:
** Payment through Paypal is expected within three (3) days from the date the invoice is sent, all addresses MUST be CONFIRMED with Paypal.
A confirmed address protects both the seller and buyer. A confirmed address is the same address that the credit card bill and/or the bank account holders statement is sent to, this confirms that the ship to address is the same as the address that is paying for the item(s).
** Payment with money orders or cashiers check ( Please make payable to Jennifer A. Leeds and must be in U.S. dollars) is expected within seven (7) days from date the invoice is sent to you.
If you are unable to send or make the payment within these time frames, please contact me. If payment is not received within the time frames listed, Collectibles By Leeds has the right to relist the the item in the shop available for purchase.
