Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We will combine shipping on multiple purchase orders for you. After we receive your Purchase Order we will adjust the invoice S&H charge at that time ( within 24hrs.) or we will refund the difference back to you after we ship. We ship mainly USPS Priority, First Class and Parcel Post, we will ship via UPS upon request. On items that do not calculate shipping we will furnish you with shipping and insurance charges within 24 hrs. of receiving your order. Items must be paid for within 7 days, unless other arrangements are made. Items not paid for within 7 days will be relisted. Your purchases will always be packaged with great care assuring a safe arrival. We ship most items within 3 days.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
All personal checks must clear before shipping. We will gladly combine shipping on multiple item purchases. All purchases must be paid for within ten days. We do have a Layaway Plan.
