Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We do not charge a handling charge. We ship USPS postage only. Small items are sent first class in bubble mailers. Books are sent media rate. All other items are sent priority. Insurance is optional. We pack extremely well using fresh styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship once a week. It is usually on Wednesday or Thursday. I always email right after we ship and if requested I can give you a tracking number. Any items sold for over $250.00 require a signature upon delivery. If you want to purchase more than one item, wait to pay via paypal. Send me a message via email and I will contact you with a combined figure for shipping the items together. We are happy to do this, if it is safe for the items. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase order.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

Other Information:
California residents pay 7.75% sales tax.
