Sterling Silver Perfume Pin Mexican Man With Sombrero

There are light marks from polishing. I was told at the estate sale that the stone in the sombrero was a garnet. It is a deep red. The locking pin clasp works well. The hat unscrews and the dauber is metal. The mark is around the opening of the bottle. It says ORMEX STERLING MEXICO. This would be a wonderful addition to a miniature perfume collection or a Mexican Silver collection.
