Enesco Beach Design Vase

This ceramic vase is 7 inches tall, and has a raised "wave" design around the lower center of the vase. There is a woman dressed in 1920's beach wear sitting on a platform (like a handle) on one side of the vase. There are also 3 raised design birds (seagulls?) in the front upper corner. The birds are white tinted, the waves are blue tinted, and the woman is trimmed in brown. The bottom is marked E-3509, 1979, Enesco, also an R inside a M.
