Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
We accept layaways w/in a reasonable timeframe (30, 60, 90 days...or more on lg. purchases).
Any returned lay-a-way item will only be eligible for an in-shop credit. No monetary refunds given on returned items that have been in lay-a-way.
Payments via paypal as a 'balance transfer' please. Our account is a 'verified personal account', which allows us to only accept pmts in this manner.
