This Artist Doll (Pierette) is handcrafted, and signed by Linda Blood, 1987. Head, hands and feet are porcelain. The torso is stuffed; it does not feel very soft to the touch. The legs are slightly stuffed. Head and face are artistically painted. Beautiful! The head is painted yellow indicating the pierettes cap. Two rows of small flowers are painted on the cap, above the forehead. This doll is entirely hand crafted, incl. the clothing. Toes and fingernails are painted bright red. Workmanship and quality are excellent. Length of the doll is 16-1/2".
