This is a very Old Madonna with Child statue, it is 14" tall. It is made of gold color ceramic plaster and was hand-painted. The statue is hollow but is sealed on the bottom. It could represent The Holy Virgin Mary with Baby Jesus too, as the maternity is the inspiration. On the bottom it keeps a silver seal that reads; 'By Nanco, Nancy Sales Co. Inc, Boston, Mass.' It is in excellent condition!
