This is a rare and unique Scarf Holder! It has beautiful charms with stones, rhinestones, cameo, silver flowers, a Zenith watch face, big black plastic medallions, and a huge One Pence coin from England dated 1913. The strings are made of black leather and silver color metal. It is 3" in diameter and is in excellent condition!
