This is an older planter made by Haeger Pottery featuring a 3 ring circus train decorating the center of the entire planter. Mr. Teddy Bear is the conductor with an elephant, tiger and monkey passengers. The colors are still bright. There is an original gold sticker on the front “Copyright Haeger, Macomb, Ill, Made in USA. The bottom is stamped “Haeger USA M4” in blue. It measures 4 inches in diameter and 3 ½ inches in height. The planter is in very good condition. Haeger Potteries in Macomb, Illinois shut their doors on October 31, 2004. They had been doing business there since 1939. Haeger made many of this type of planters for flower and gift shops.
