Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I ship Monday through Saturday but not on Sundays. All shipments leave my home in a box within 2 days of your payment clearing. Sometimes the box is inside a bubble mailer but I never wrap your purchase in bubble wrap and stuff it into an envelope. I use DSI, a third party insurer in which I have no financial stake, for my carrier insurance. Everything is shipped with full purchase insurance.

Restocking Fee:
I charge a 20% restocking fee for goods returned because a change of mind. I am human and if I should make a mistake in either the listing or the item sent, the refund will be 100% with no restocking fees.

Other Information:
I am a registered business in the state of Maine and as such I must collect 5% sales tax on all items purchased by residents of Maine. The tax is computed based on the cost of goods and the shipping, where applicable, and is charged to all Maine residents. Don't like Paypal??? I am now signed up to accept Google Checkout! International buyers are also welcome to make payments by Western Union Wire, sorry but no International Money orders.
