This is the largest size mixing bowl of the nested bowl set in the Vernonware Organdie pattern manufactured by Vernon Kilns. Measures 9” across and 6” tall. A gorgeous bowl in excellent condition, ready to add to your collection and perfect for Holiday baking. Organdie is another one of the plaid designs (like Gingham, Calico and Homespun). It has a cream background with brown, tan and yellow lines forming a plaid design with deeper brown rim. It was produced from 1937-1958. Marked authenticVernonware in scroll, made in USA on bottom. Vernon Potteries, Ltd., was established in Vernon, California in 1931 and operated until 1958. I’m listing other pieces in this pattern, and am happy to combine to save on shipping.
