Empress - people will wonder if you found these earrings on a dig in some remote part of North Africa - a relic of the late Roman Empire, perhaps. I took inspiration for them, in fact, from Roman artefacts...they feature lovely amethyst gemstones - rough hewn and faceted, they are a pale lilac color. Cupped in bright 22 karat gold over sterling silver vermeil caps, they sway beneath stations of bright ornate vermeil rounds, themselves bordered by faceted rondelles of the same lilac-hued amethyst. Gorgeous.

They drop an imperial 2" from gold-filled leverbacks and ship in a gift box.
