Nights in Ephesus - the crown jewel in the region known as Asia Minor, this gorgeous and politically important city was left to Rome in the will of King Attalus...a truly multicultural place, Ephesus carried the traditions of the Greeks, the Persians, the Syrians and later the Romans in her core. These earrings evoke the splendour of such ancient cross-roads. The main elements are a triad of beautiful peacock freshwater pearls, permanently dyed in dark rainbow hue. Crowning each pearl is a cluster of individually wire-wrapped black onyx rondelles - faceted and sparkling, these stones add an eastern flair to the pearls.

The earrings fall just over 1.5" from solid 14K gold ear wires and ship in a gift box.
