Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Leather Nail Buffer Container

I thought this was such an unusual and charming piece of vanity table porcelain, I could not resist it. The buffer is covered in the softest white glove leather. The handle is painted with lovely blue and lilac colored blossoms with long green and teal leafs. The cobalt blue base is edged with scrolling gilt decoration. The case has little blue forget-me-nots, and the molded body is also gilt. It's an assembled set: the painting on the buffer is different from that on the container. There are no marks. The buffer at least seems very like Limoges, I am almost sure of it.

Dimensions: the buffer is 4 1/2" long 2" high. The container base is 4 7/8" long, 1 7/8" wide and 3/4" high.
