Original Lotter Drafting Tool Drawing German Set Prazision Engineering 16 Piece in Case

This is a black grained cloth covered wood case marked “PRAZISION ORIGINAL Lotter”. The case measures 10 ¾ “ by 6” and has some wear and black material missing. Some of the pieces are marked “ORIGINAL LOTTER”. There are 16 pieces in the felt covered case. Two of the indents are empty but may be attached to the compasses. There is no list of contents and I do not know anything about drafting tools. The dials all turn and several of the compasses need lead for marking. There is some surface rust spots and wear.
