Langley Whitecap Model 410 Fishing Reel Bait Casting

This is a vintage nickel silver finished fishing reel marked “Langley WHITECAP MODEL 410” on one side. The bottom is marked “MADE IN U.S.A. PAT. PENDING”. The crank has tan marbled plastic handles. All of the different adjustments are in good working condition. It has lightweight line on it. It is used with some tarnish and light wear. According to my Internet search “Langley Corp., San Diego, Cal., began making reels after World War II.” It is in very good condition for collecting, use or display. There are 9 pictures for viewing.
