Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for all shipping, handling, and insurance. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Heavier items may be shipped via UPS. Insurance is not required, but I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance. Out of country buyers pay exact shipping costs via first class mail. No insurance is available with first class, but it is the most reasonable cost. I will use other shipping methods at the customer's request. The weight will be listed for each item and shipping cost can be determined at the USPS web site under calculate postage. Please note that I only ship once a week usually on Monday or Tuesday.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
