From Catseye Vintage is this wonderful 100% cotton gauze dress in shades of black, brown, and ivory accented with metallic gold. Made in India ~ Circa 1970s.

Semi Sheer 100% Cotton Indian Gauze ~ beautiful ethnic print in shades of black, shades of brown, and ivory accented with metallic gold as pictured.

Beautiful use of border print fabric at the sleeves and dress bottom.

Smock dress skims the body ~ deep double front and back black quilted cotton yoke as pictured.

Deep split V neckline ~ twisted cotton string ties accented with metallic thread as pictured.

Beautiful wrist length gathered balloon sleeves with cased elastic ends.

The body of the dress falls from soft gathers at the bottom of the front and back yokes. Three tiered gathered skirt as pictured.

An absolutely beautiful dress with amazing use of fabric. Stunning with boots or layered in cooler weather.

This is an authentic Vintage 70s dress ~ NOT a current reproduction.

Designer label ~ "Her Excellency" ~ "Made in India" "100% Cotton".

Excellent vintage condition. No odors, holes, rips, stains, snags, pills, pics, or fading. Appears to have been rarely worn and well cared for.

Freshly cleaned and ready to wear.

I'd say this dress could be worn by any size from a small to a large based on the measurements below.
