Catisfaction's Glass Gallery is committed to delivering Quality Glassware to your home. All Glass is thoroughly researched and checked for repairs or flaws before being added to our store.
If you receive an item that is not as described please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation.
Emails are answered as soon as possible, generally right away unless we're out hunting for more beautiful glassware for you.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Customers to Catisfactions Glass Gallery will pay actual shipping costs plus required insurance.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
We are happy to announce that we now offer a layaway plan for all items over $50.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable upon purchase with 3 more installments of 25% due monthly.
We are happy to work with you on a personal installment plan if necessary.

We are happy to accept cash if you trust the mail enough to send it. US dollars only please.

Any items purchased with a personal check will be held until the check has cleared, generally 5 or 6 days but sometimes up to 10.
