Lovely Victorian pin. Circa 1880s. The pin carries the C clasp, tube hinge pin back and extended pin back common for the era. The polished banded agate is so pretty and the pin has a nice decorative twisted rope design border. I see no marks on the piece but it is silver and has tested as sterling. The brooch measures 2 and 1/8 inches by 1/2 inch. It is in excellent condition. There is a very slight pin back that affects nothing. Please ignore the camera glare on the agate.
