Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Because we want your treasured item to reach you safely, we carefully package each item purchased at Cate's Collections. We combine shipping and ship internationally. Insurance is optional for some items, but is recommended for all. Cate's Collections can not be responsible for uninsured items.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee is charged on returned items, unless other arrangements are made. Restocking is not charged if there is an error in the description.

Other Information:
Sales tax of 6.3% is charged to Arizona residents.
