Porcelain Ginger Jar with Imari Decoration

This is a lovely little urn or ginger jar. The urn is 4 1/2 inches tall to the top of the knob on the lid. The urn has a creamy glaze over bisque. The urn is decorated over the glaze with orange leaves and cobalt flowers in the same palate used for Imari or Gaudy Welsh. The cobalt enamel sits high above the surface of the urn. The cobalt flowers are outlined with gold. There are also gold stems and leaves on the urn, but this gold is significantly worn. The lid has a small gold dot on the finial and there is worn gold along the rim of the lid. The bottom is unglazed and is marked with cobalt. The mark looks like an early mark such as was used in 18th century or early 19th century English marks, however, I have not been able to locate an identity.
