This old cigar mold has spaces for 20 cigars. The mold is 22 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide. The mold top and bottom are joined by wooden pegs. The individual inlaid molds are held by metal nails. One side of the mold is unmarked. The other side has the number 24639 and Hier plus other characters that are not readable because of the hole at the end that goes through them. This hole may be the result of a missing peg at that end. Both the top and the bottom are marked 187 at one end. Cigars are so fashionable right now that this rustic mold would make a great addition to a collection or great decoration for your smoking lounge.
