This wonderful custard glass cruet is in the Louis XV pattern. The pattern is embellished with gold, but with the exception of the small flower on the front and back there is little gold remaining. There is no stopper. The base has a very rough gather mark. The cruet stands 5 1/2" tall. There are no chips on the spout and no chips or cracks present on the body or handle. There is roughness at the inner neck where the stopper would fit. This is a heavy cruet for its size. An uncommon and wonderful old piece for your enjoyment.
