Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance. No handling charge. All items are expertly packed and insured. We ship items daily (Monday-Friday) via USPS, Priority Mail. Your items will be mailed after verified clearance of your Personal or Business check (please allow 10 banking days) and after actual funding of PayPal "E-Check" (please allow 5 banking days).

If you pay with money orders or PayPal (not including E-Check), your item will be mailed on the next mailing day following receipt of funds in our account. PayPal purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses only. Please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your Ruby Lane purchase order.

The cost of shipping plus insurance will be added to your purchase total. Insurance is not mandatory, but highly suggested, since most of the items I sell are fragile. If you decide not to purchase insurance, I won't be responsible for damage to the item by the post office. There is never a Handling Charge.

Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

New York residents are charged 8.75% sales tax. At this time there is no International shipping.
