Signed limited edition #102/490 print of the Historic Raleigh, N. C. Goodwin House 1903 located on Hillsborough St. by artist Miles Melton in 1960. This historic Raleigh home now serves as the N. C. Democratic Headquarters. The artist has signed the print in pencil under the litho signature at right. The print is B&W Pencil Medium. The Lithograph is 14.5 x 9.5 inches while the overall with frame is 20x15 inchess. The frame is lovely polished walnut. Glass included.

This lovely carved stencil was designed for resist pattern dying on Japanese kimonos. Katagami is carefully handmade by skilled craftsmen who specialize in stencil carving. This is a 9x12 inch Craft Course Publishers, Incorp., Print dated 1970. It is a bit wrinkled on right hand side and the top corner is creased (see photo). Some foxing is evident on the outer edges but not on the center. Good print for framing or crafting.

Tea Set Porcelain blue green. This beautiful decorative item came from an estate. I am told that it was a wedding present to the owner sometimes in the 60's. The fruit laden cups (2) pictcher, creamer and sugar is done is gorgeous shades of blues and greens. There are a few flects of white where it has been slightly damaged at the base but is not broken thru, only the color surface.
