This Pottery is made and hand painted by William Eugene. He is African American and does some beautiful work and I believe he lives in SC. The design looks a lot like dogwood trees but it is meant to look like an asian tree I believe. The turquoise and medium cream colors are very pretty. The piece has been signed, numbered, and dated. The pot is 7 1/2" tall X 16 1/2" circumference X 4 1/4" opening. The base is 3 1/2" circumference.
