Our Service Pledge To You:
My Pledge is to strive to describe the items as accurately as possible, including dimensions, age if known, any defects, wear, or manufacturer markings. I try to do as much research to identify my items as I can and if I find it in a reference book I will give you the name and page I found it on. I pledge to have clear and precise photos that show you all of the flaws as well as the beauty of these cherished treasures you may purchase. I pack carefully and try to make sure your treasured find arrives safely. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need more information about one of my items or know something about one of my items you think I might learn from.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges. I use USPS service. Packages are sent the most economical way possible. My packing is secure with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Insurance is put on all items. Ruby Lane has made it mandatory on all items not just on glass and fragile items. I put delivery confirmation on all items but I cannot be responsible for post office handling, delay by not delivering immediately or loss of item through the post office. I try to be as diligent as possible getting your item out quickly.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
I prefer Paypal. For any other payment arrangement, please contact me. I wait for personal checks to clear the bank before shipping items usually 7-10 days. There is no sales tax in Montana.
