Here is an awesome Color Fare 7 piece Juice Set in the box made by Bartlett Collins Co. in the early 1950’s. The box shows a woman with the snack set in front of her smiling face. The box is cut for display so the lady is looking at you as you are seeing this beautiful set of glasses and pitcher. There is a crease in the flap but it does not deter from the display. The box has some edge wear and a rip on the end flap you put in to display the box with the glass set. The box is creme tan with rose colored drawing and letters. The box reads “Color Fare 7 piece Juice set” on the top and 2 sides. The front side reads “ice lip juice pitcher and 6 juice tumblers of glass for gracious living. Another fine product of “BC Collins Co, Sapula, Oklahoma” The back side reads” See other colorful Bartlett-Collins Co. Glassware sets , For beverages-bar-juices, salt and pepper-cream & sugar” there is a B C in a sideways figure eight shape as a trademark. The glass design is labeled as “Vintage Green”. There are 2 tape strips across the top where tape was applied to the box at one time. The glass set is beautiful, It has 6- 4 inch white, green and clear designed glasses. The glasses are wider at the top than the bottom and have a clear stripe for ½ inch on top and bottom. Below that is a white rectangle block 2 ¾ inch wide with 3 green grapes and leaf pattern on one side. The other side has a series of six leaves in a row from top to bottom. The juice pitcher stands 8 1/8 inch tall with the same design in white rectangles on each side. The handle is 4 inches long and D shaped. The pouring lip is curved glass on one side directly opposite the handle. The pitcher is 3 ½ inches across at the top and 4 ½ inches at the base. We find no wear or chips or flaws The shipping weight of this set is 4 pounds.Tucked in the box was a nice surprise. Glass green stirrers to accompany the set. This is a beautiful set of glassware from the past.
