Green paneled flared vase

Here is a pretty emerald green vase which is round at the top and square at the bottom. The vase has a paneled pattern going from top to the bottom of the bulbed mid section. The bottom 1 ½ inches has a single dime pattern on it. I see no identification marks on the bottom. The vase does have a series of tiny smooth bumps on the inside edge of the vase. The vase is 7 ½ inch tall and 4 ¼ inch wide at the top. The base is 3 inches wide. I cannot tell if they are nicks or imperfections from manufacturing as they are smooth. They do not deter from its green beauty.
