Fire King made many casseroles for baking and this is a good example of the Primrose Pattern introduced from 1960-1962. The mark on the bottom is raised and has a flaw, the stamp is backwards. Using a pencil tracing and a mirror we read the stamp as “TM Reg, 11 , 8., Fire King, Made in U.S.A., 2 QT. Color is strong and clear. The shipping weight of this item is 3 pounds.It appears to not have been used. We see no scratches from use. A wonderfully useful piece as well as a unique collectible.
