This beautiful blue celery dish is called Capri and made by Hazel Atlas. The dish measures 9 ½ by 4 ¼ inches by 1 ½ inches and would be great to hold pickles or olives or other relishes. Popular in the 50’s, its color was a great contribution to their tables. The pattern is pictured in the book Depression Glass by Gene Florence. I see no chips or cracks. There is a ¼ inch line that I see on the bowl portion of the dish which I can feel but it is not rough so I can not determine if it comes from the company but in honesty I want you to know it is there. The color of this dish is bright and absolutely consistent in its shade.
