You will be treated with the same professionalism on-line as in person. I will do my very best to answer any email correspondence within 24 hours. All orders will be shipped via USPS within 48 hours of notification of payment, Monday – Friday, or within 10-14 days after receipt of personal check. All information will be kept confidential and never shared. For those who wish to pay by credit card, I would prefer to take your information by phone call rather than e-mail.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Free domestic shipping with $100 purchase.
USPS first class - currently $4.50 and subject to change as postal rates increase. Includes delivery confirmation.
Insurance will be based on value of item shipped.
If you needed it yesterday--Priority Mail - $7.50.
USPS First Class International is the most affordable but does NOT include insurance.
USPS Global Priority is expensive but I can include insurance with this.
PayPal from Verified Buyers is the only method of payment accepted for international purchases.

Restocking Fee:
No questions, hassle-free return! Items must be returned as originally packaged.

Other Information:
There will be .825 sales tax applied to all purchases within the state of Texas.
Payment by PayPal or credit card is required within 5 days of Purchase Order submission and within 7 days for personal checks.
