I found this fascinating agate pendant at a rock and gemstone show in Santa Fe last summer. It is a soft yellow in the center with a fringe of pink. On the reverse is has a small splash of carnelian that shows through as dark pink. On the reverse, the lapidary lady slipped with her drill and this little mishap left some skid marks that are barely noticeable when the light hits it just right. This beauty is suspended from tiny sterling silver beads, peach moonstone chips, handcrafted, Thai/Khmer silver beads, some pink, frosted glass beads I found in my husband’s vintage bead stash and burgundy (dyed) freshwater coin pearls. The finished length is 17 ¾ inches including the sterling silver hook from Bali.
