Presenting... A great vintage hanging light in a very Moorish style, made of pierced tin and has a small door as one of the panels that opens ( now to change the bulb) but might have been for lighting the oils. The panels in the door and window section are now plastic but I'm sure at one time they were made of a colored glass, Not hard to fix as they're a pretty straight cut. Presenting.....this great hard cover book on how to build a log cabin and make fruniture for it all with using only hand tools. Hard cover w/ dust jacket and written by W. Ben Hunt. This is the 1974 issue of the original 1939 copy. Very well illustrated with photos and line drawings. Presenting....this very unusual and interesting needle painting with 2 mermaids that appear to be trying to "snare" the third figure ( who's not yet a mermaid). The figures are finely stitched to the background. I haven't taken this apart as it is very well put together and I thought it best to leave it as it is. In any case, this measures 13 1/2" x 13 3/4" and is a bit more then 15" x 15" with the frame. The original label is still attached to the reverse side. I Googled the name and St. Gallen ...

Nice illustrations - that is if your fond of nuts and bolts, but whatever. There are a few drawings and marks make by some long ago child, doesn't hurt it much at all. The 1935 one is from a production entitled "Patience" and is singed on the reverse by cast members. The 2nd is form a production of the "Mikado" in 1936 - no cast signatures on this on how ever. The images are quite clear and if you know who you're looking for you should be able to pick them out of the crowd. Both are in very good condition. Free ...
