Size: 48"x48" oil painting on 10 oz duck - Gallery wrapped 2" from wall, ready to hang

Subject: The Farthest Shore - Hercules standing at the Gates, looking towards where he has to go, to rescue the Sacred Bull. The title also is a reference to Ursula Le Guin's Book The Farthest Shore, the third installment of the Earthsea Trilogy. Colours are vibrant, reds, yellows, purples and blues- this painting is not quite done, just some final touches to do, but should be by the end of June.
