Size: Approximately 6"x4"x.75", weight tba. Subject: Pictures of the wax only at this point. This is the second version of the medallion Bird Sanctuary I made for the Spirit of Kelowna project. The first version will be in the City's collection, displayed at City Hall. Inspired by the stories in the emails from a wonderful client Matt who spent the summer of 07 taking care of birds just outside of Winnipeg, MB, as well as the open hearts of the residents of Kelowna during the 2003 Okanagan Mountain Park fire (google-able). Matt is receiving the first casting, and the second casting is offered here. I made the mold and wax as well, and it is in being cast at the foundry. This medallion has been juried in to the Best of MASC show in Kelowna for July and August. Regretably, this particular medallion is not for sale at this time. I will be casting more waxes and hope to have another ready soon.Limited number available before the mold is broken. Please contact me. Shipping is dimensional weight.
