This exquisitely carved brooch features Ganesh, Hindu God of Success and one of the five primary Hindu deities. Ganesh is also known as the god of education, knowledge, wisdom and wealth. With an elephant head and the fat belly of a man, he symbolizes both the soul and the earthly existence of man. The pin measures 1 7/8" x 1 3/4" and is slightly curved. The detail is amazing and there is no damage to the piece or the pin back.

These lovely earrings are in excellent pre-owned condition from one of our recent estates. Each measures 1" square with clip backs. The pair weighs 17 grams. The signature looks like "A. Jim, but I can't quite make it out, but I've provided a really good closeup in the photos. I believe these are by a Native American artist, since they were part of a large estate of Native American jewelry.

A lovely estate find, Hattie Carnegie pin featuring a carved ivory figure holding a bottle. Goldtone bamboo forms the background with clusters of 3mm emerald plastic beads with 3mm clear rhinestone centers. There is one emerald stone missing and several of the outer beads show heavy surface wear as does some of the goldtone finish on the edges of the bamboo- must have been her favorite pin! This vintage sterling/14K gold ring is out of a lovely estate full of interesting vintage and antique jewelry. The band is a size 7 measuring 1/4" (6.5mm) wide tapering to 1/8" (4mm) at the back, with three 14K yellow gold screws across the top. It has several scratches consistent with age and wearing, but no damage. It is hallmarked .925 sterling silver, 14K and maker's hallmarks that might be CDA (?).
