Any diva's delight! This is an awesome genuine coral ring with glorious retro 1950's styling. It features a high quality angel skin coral cabochon with beautiful uniform peachy pink color and fabulous hand polished (not high gloss) finish! Angel skin coral like this has not been harvested since the 1970's, so you won't find a beauty like this at the mall!!

The high profile basket setting is custom made and stamped "14K 585". It most likely was designed in Italy for sale in the United States, due to the dual gold stamp. It gently clutches the large and lovely 20mm by 12mm cabochon. The entire face of this 'come hither' ring measures 7/8 inch by 3/4 inch and the double gallery rises above the finger approximately 3/8 inch.

The total weight is 7.5 grams and it measures a size 7 U.S., but could possibly fit up to a 7 1/4 due to its open basket. It does not appear to have ever been resized, and there are no evidence of repairs, with no damage whatsoever. The coral itself is absolutely perfect in a soft pink, to rosy peach color. I love it and highly recommend this one! Due to the current bans on coral harvesting, 20mm coral cabochons are a rarity in newly designed rings, therefore the extremely high prices being asked for new rings today!

It is a great look for cocktail/evening wear or casual every day wear. Fabulous jewelry is NOT just for special nights out! However, the original owner of this ring obviously took very special care and did not wear it often, as it's condition is MINT.
