Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING IN MY SHOP. If you purchase more than 1 item in a day, please don't pay until I send an invoice with the corrected shipping and insurance cost.
Please note that all purchases shipped outside of the U.S. MUST be paid for through Pay Pal.
All domestic shipments paid for through Pay Pal include free delivery confirmation.
I ONLY accept Pay Pal as a form of payment for all orders mailed outside of the U.S.A.. I only ship international orders using USPS PRIORITY mail. I DO NOT ship internationally using first class mail.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 10% restocking fee on any item returned unless the item has been mistakenly misrepresented. All items are sent in the condition listed. Damaged items will NOT be accepted as returns, as they should be reported directly to the post office for an insurance claim. Items damaged, or altered by buyer, will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. We must be notified of a return within 3 days of the item's delivery.
